When I went off my medication last summer I ended up gaining 26lbs. And while getting off them helped me become mentally fit it means I now have to really fight to become physically fit. Today I’m 6lbs and 3.5” down. I’ve gone from struggling to run 3.7mil in an hour to knocking out 4.7mil in an hour no problem. I know this isn’t art related, but I just wanted to share my success and want to be kept accountable. But today I had my first outdoor run of the year and I’m appreciating the path that is the perfect distance for an hour run.
